Pier T Marine Terminal

JWD Group provided architectural services for maintenance buildings and facilities for the new Hanjin Shipping Company container terminal. At the time of construction, the Pier T Marine Terminal was the second largest public works project being built in the state of California. The largest of these four buildings is an 80,000-square foot maintenance and repair building for servicing the terminal’s 400 trucks, tractors, forklifts and trailer chassis. In addition, JWD provided maintenance services for a 13,000-square foot crane building, a four lane road ability station, and a 15­-slot reefer wash facility.
