For a 640-acre greenfield container terminal with on-dock intermodal yard and over 10,500 feet of deep-water berth, JWD Group provided master and conceptual terminal planning and operational analysis. The project required site review, terminal planning, comprehensive simulation and operational analyses, economic analyses, container-handling fleet determination, building programming and conceptual design, terminal operating systems review, and a construction phasing plan.
